I like eagles, and not just because they're large birds that fly very high in the sky. To me eagles represent what it takes to be great. Let me explain. If life has taught us anything, it's shown us that it's not fair, but it's not life's choice how we live it.
Living life is a span of time in which everyone makes a series of choices. Every choice that's made has a particular outcome. Most people live off their impulses and very few people take time to evaluate their choices. As we look at our society most people our simply following the crowd or doing what everyone else is doing. The thing about the crowd is it doesn't last long and another one comes then people move to it so on and so forth.
Individuals that have their own focus see from a distance. Statistics prove that 3% of people truly set goals concerning everything in their life and these are the same people who practically control most things in the world. Like eagles, goal setters see things from far off, from early on they understand the importance of hard work. They are not caught up in what the crowd is doing because they leave the nest early. They fly above the storm, meaning they don't get caught up in what's being said about them. They make their nest high up away from danger meaning you can't trust your dreams with everyone. Most importantly they spend little time on the ground meaning their always looking up to their future.
